Fix environment variable references to match .env file

- Change GMAIL_USER/GMAIL_PASS to GOOGLE_EMAIL/GOOGLE_APP_PASSWORD
- Reference actual variables that exist in .env file
- Use SMTP_HOST, SMTP_PORT, SMTP_SECURE from .env
- Use RECIPIENT_EMAIL=eliza@deafgain.org from .env
