As a proud Montana native, Eliza Kragh has dedicated her life to empowering the Deaf community through advocacy. Born into a family of lawyers, Eliza defied expectations by pursuing her passion for serving others.
|
||
|
||
A lifelong learner, Eliza earned her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with a Psychology minor from the University of Montana and later completed her Master's in Human Resource Development at Rochester Institute of Technology. Her academic journey was marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and understanding.
|
||
|
||
Eliza's career path has been shaped by her unwavering commitment to advocacy. She transitioned from Veterinary Medicine to dedicate herself fully to empowering the Deaf community, establishing DeafGain, LLC – an organization that authentically represents and serves the needs of Montana's Deaf community.

Certifications & Affiliations

||
A Certified ADA Coordinator, Eliza brings expertise in disability rights advocacy. As a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, she continues to expand her knowledge and impact. Currently pursuing certifications as a Registered Parliamentarian and completing a certificate program in Deaf Studies and Social Justice through Kansas University.

As President of Missoula Council of the Deaf, a non-profit organization that she helped establish, Deaf Mentor, and founder of DeafGain, LLC, Eliza is a force for change. Her mission to create a deaf-designed statewide hub promoting understanding, empowerment, and inclusivity inspires all who meet her. With two sets of footprints – one in advocacy and one in Montana's beautiful landscape – Eliza embarks on each new day with courage, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to the Deaf community.
