Born into a family of lawyers, Eliza defied expectations by pursuing her passion for serving others. A lifelong learner, Eliza earned her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with a Psychology minor from the University of Montana and later completed her Master's in Human Resource Development at Rochester Institute of Technology. Her academic journey was marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and understanding. Eliza's career path has been shaped by her unwavering commitment to advocacy. She transitioned from Veterinary Medicine to dedicate herself fully to empowering the Deaf community, establishing DeafGain, LLC – an organization that authentically represents and serves the needs of Montana's Deaf community. Certifications & Affiliations A Certified ADA Coordinator, Eliza brings expertise in disability rights advocacy. As a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, she continues to expand her knowledge and impact. Currently pursuing certifications as a Registered Parliamentarian and completing a certificate program in Deaf Studies and Social Justice through Kansas University.
