- Fix navigation theme switcher visibility across all four themes
- Add comprehensive CSS rules for theme selector in main navigation
- Remove duplicate theme switcher from admin layout header
- Fix AxiosError in events page with mock data implementation
- Update memory bank with completed task status
- Maintain single theme control for entire site UX
