224a219dbb Content accuracy pass, nav redesign, and frontend polish 
- Verified all pages against lad1908.org via puppeteer scrape
- About: official DDBHH mission/vision/values, current 2023-2027 board
- Membership: real bylaws types (Full/Associate/Honorary/Student/Senior),
  real payment methods (Venmo @LAD1908, mail check)
- Donate: real $100K stat, real established funds, real mailing address
- Contact: added mailing address card
- Homepage: removed stale May 23 banner, updated to official DDBHH
  language and correct mission statement
- Updates: removed inaccurate members-only footer note (all 235 public)
- Deaf Focus: local logo (no longer depends on Directus), 30-day advance
  notice CTA, portal.deaffocus.org/request button, fax + business hours
- Add sanitize-html.ts utility — strips Facebook CSS classes and editor
  data-attributes from HTML content before dangerouslySetInnerHTML
- Render update.body, event.description, article.body as sanitized HTML
- Fix Deaf capitalization throughout all pages and metadata
- Redesign nav: 9 flat links → About/Updates/Events/Deaf Focus/
  Get Involved dropdown (Membership, Minutes, Contact) + Donate button
- Add nav-dropdown CSS classes with high-contrast theme variants
- Fix homepage Hero gap: py-16 matches other pages; initial={false} on
  Framer Motion prevents SSR opacity:0 invisible flash

c9e042fa98 Add Update/Article models, migration script, and complete LAD rebrand 
Backend:
- New models: Update, Article (Deaf Focus)
- Expanded Event + Document models: directusId, photoUrl, new minute types
- New routes/controllers: /api/updates, /api/articles (full CRUD)
- Migration script: pulls all data from db.lad1908.org Directus API,
  downloads public PDFs into uploads/documents/, idempotent re-runs
- .env.example for production deployment reference
- Rename ocd_db → lad_db throughout

Frontend:
- Contact: LAD contact info, removed Olathe address and map
- Membership: LAD copy, membership fees replaced with contact-us prompt
- Donate: LAD name in metadata, hero, and FAQs

Infrastructure:
- mongo-init: simplified, uses MONGO_USER/MONGO_PASSWORD env vars, lad_db
- docker-compose: rename volumes ocd-* → lad-*, image names updated
- Upload directory structure committed via .gitkeep files

dd9c48f6cd Upgrade all packages to latest major versions; fix two pre-existing bugs 
Frontend:
- next 15 → 16.2.6, react 19.0 → 19.2.6, eslint-config-next updated to match
- Add missing axios dependency (was implicit, broke build)
- Fix VideoPlayer.tsx broken absolute import path (pre-existing bug)
- Fix uploads route handler params to async (Next.js 16 breaking change)
- Remove deprecated images.domains → remotePatterns in next.config.js
- Remove experimental.serverActions (promoted to stable, then removed in v16)
- Update lint script: next lint removed in v16, now uses eslint directly

Backend:
- express 4 → 5.2.1, mongoose 8 → 9.6.2
- bcrypt 5 → 6, helmet 7 → 8, zod 3 → 4

adc2eb7abc feat(website): complete Phase 1 with public pages and Tailwind styling 
- Add Events, Membership, and Donate pages with responsive layouts
- Fix Tailwind CSS 4.0 configuration with proper PostCSS setup
- Update Memory Bank documentation (product, system, tech context)
- Configure CSS variables for consistent theming and accessibility
- Fix client-side components with 'use client' directives
- Update progress tracking in Memory Bank
- Implement WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility features

This commit completes Phase 1 of the OCD website implementation plan,
establishing all core public-facing pages with proper styling and accessibility.
