+- Forked from `ocd-website` template → new `lad-website` repo on Gitea
+- Rebranded all OCD references to LAD throughout codebase
+- Package upgrades: Next.js 15→16, React 19.2, Express 5, Mongoose 9, bcrypt 6, helmet 8, Zod 4, axios added
+- Next.js 16 fixes: async params in route handler, removed `experimental.serverActions`, fixed broken import in VideoPlayer
+- Brand color `#13AE3A` (green) applied throughout `globals.css` (all themes, gradients, shadows, CTA)
