December 13th, 2025 - Liquid Planet at The Book Exchange at 9 am (board meeting)

March 14th, 2026 - location TBD (board meeting)

June 13th, 2026 - location TBD (board meeting)

September 12th, 2026 - location TBD (board meeting)

September 12th, 2026 - location TBD (annual membership meeting)

Based on my review of the system, I would add these 5 new events to the eventData.ts file. However, I need some additional information to complete the event entries:

  1. End times - What time should each meeting end? (The system requires an endTime for each event)

  2. Point of contact - Who should be listed as the contact person for these meetings? (Currently Rita Brandborg is used for existing events)

  3. Email - What email should be used for contact? (Currently rita.brandborg@deafmissoula.org is used)

  4. Address for December 13th meeting - What's the full street address for "Liquid Planet at The Book Exchange"?

  5. Default meeting duration - For the TBD location meetings, should I assume a standard meeting duration (like 1 hour)?
