7a752771c8 Fix email environment variables for subscription system 
- Add missing SMTP configuration variables
- Map GMAIL_USER/GMAIL_PASS to expected GOOGLE_EMAIL/GOOGLE_APP_PASSWORD
- Add RECIPIENT_EMAIL and SMTP_HOST/PORT/SECURE settings
- Fixes 'Failed to process subscription' error

e3930cf87a Fix nginx logging configuration for statistics 
- Create log directory in Dockerfile
- Add proper logging configuration to default.conf
- Mount logs directory in docker-compose.yml for persistence
- Fixes 502 error caused by missing log directory

14fb61aab9 Development environment: 
- Added Dockerfile.dev for local development
- Configured volume mounts for hot reloading
- Set up Vite dev server with proper host binding

Production environment:
- Streamlined multi-stage build process
- Removed Nginx in favor of future Caddy setup
- Optimized container size and build steps
